Were hiring a CRM Specialist to shape how we capture structure and use customer service data to continually improve our ability to deliver effortless customer experiences.Youlldesign effective workflows help our Customer Service teams capture clean and meaningful data and build the framework that gives us a complete view of customer interactions.

Youllwork collaboratively across teams champion data quality alongside our Data teams and evolve our CRM as the business grows. If you enjoy solving problems working with systems and helping others get the best from themthis role is a great fit.

Reports to: Transformation Manager

Salary: From 50000

Location:Hybrid role minimum 1 day in SSO per month travel to our Cape Town partner site where

Whats the job
