Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
The successful Detailer candidate exhibits a strong work ethic while showing initiative to properly clean vehicles inside and out on a timely basis exceeding our standards and our customers expectations.
- Demonstrates proper cleaning and detail standards inside and out vehicles whether for sale or sold.
- Prioritizes the flow of vehicle completion by delivery time.
- Utilizes proper use and safety guidelines for all chemicals.
- Shows respect for the vehicle inside and out as to not cause any damage or miss any necessary cleaning.
- Practices Teamwork.
- Properly removes and applies any necessary floor and seat protection or signage. ( proper color-coded use and the laundering of cleaning cloths.
- Maintains a professional and well-groomed Leachman image.
- Prevents slips and falls by always wearing appropriate non-slip footwear.
- Keeps Detail bays clean and organized.
- Maintains security of the work area storage area and vehicle keys.
- Completes all required training as needed.
Qualification and skills
- Valid and clean Drivers record for the past two years.
- Time-management skills. Teamwork. Attention to detail. Strong work ethic.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
Additional Notes
Other responsibilities may be assigned by the management.
