Job Summary

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Billing Analyst to manage and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) systems. This role is critical to hospital revenue cycle operations including claims processing workflow optimization and system configuration. If you have hands-on Epic experience and a passion for improving billing processes this is your opportunity to advance your career in healthcare IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure maintain and optimize Epic PB/HB modules: charge routing work queues statements claims and collections.
Analyze and improve billing workflows and revenue cycle processes.
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot Epic system issues.
Lead or assist with Epic system upgrades implementations and testing.
Develop reports perform data analysis and collaborate with IT billing and clinical teams.
Participate in on-call support for a 24/7 production environment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT Healthcare Informatics Information Systems or related field (Associates experience considered).
23 years supporting healthcare IT systems in hospital billing environments.
Hands-on expertise with Epic PB/HB modules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Visio PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Epic PB or HB certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months).
Experience with revenue cycle optimization reporting and workflow analysis.
Knowledge of HIPAA ICD-10 and U.S. healthcare billing regulations.

Location & Interview:

On-site in Jamaica NY.
In-person interview required.
