About the Role:
We are seeking a DeltaV Engineer to design configure and implement Emerson DeltaV automation systems for regulated Life Sciences manufacturing. This role offers hands-on opportunities in system integration batch processing and regulatory-compliant automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design configure and implement Emerson DeltaV control systems and ISA-88 batch processes
Engineer system architecture HMI historian and control strategies
Ensure compliance with GAMP5 cGMP and 21 CFR Part 11
Conduct FAT/SAT startup commissioning and troubleshooting
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth
Travel up to 25% for on-site commissioning

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelors in Electrical Control Systems Chemical Engineering or related field
37 years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV systems and PLC integration
Expertise in ISA-88 batch processes and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP Modbus Profibus OPC HART Foundation Fieldbus)
Experience in Life Sciences pharmaceutical biotech or medical device environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of historian systems alarm management and advanced control strategies
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation Siemens PCS7 or other DCS/SCADA systems
AutoCAD and electrical design experience
Mentoring and translating functional specs into software design
