Job Summary

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

Develop & manage a land acquisition plan to achieve the strategy of the Land Management Function.
Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents that may include but limited to; NDAs MOUs and MOMs
Liaise with the clients land acquisition department
Maintain healthy progress reports to keep decision makers updated on findings including the early identification and ongoing tracking of any development

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Business Management or equivalent.
Total professional experience of 15 years
Ideally 5 years of experience in Railway projects.
Arabic speaker
Experience in handling all level of authorities stakeholders and government entities
