Descrizione del ruolo:
La risorsa in qualità di addetto/addetta alla manutenzione si occuperà della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dei macchinari e degli impianti produttivi seguendo le indicazioni del responsabile. Oltre alla gestione delle emergenze di reparto e della manutenzione straordinaria la persona selezionata sarà responsabile anche della manutenzione predittiva monitorando il ciclo di utilizzo di ciascun macchinario per ridurre i tempi di inattività imprevisti e i fermi macchina.

La risorsa si occuperà inoltre delle attività di manutenzione degli uffici e degli immobili del sito. Inserita allinterno dellufficio manutenzione gestirà anche la manutenzione correttiva intervenendo in caso di guasti improvvisi.

Tra le responsabilità rientrano anche la redazione della documentazione necessaria per la corretta gestione del patrimonio produttivo e la messa in sicurezza dei macchinari seguendo le procedure Lock-Out e Tag-Out e la registrazione degli interventi dei report periodici e delle riparazioni effettuate quotidianamente.

La figura ideale possiede una spiccata attitudine al problem solving proponendo al responsabile strategie alternative per la risoluzione dei guasti sempre nel rispetto delle procedure di salute e sicurezza e dando priorità allaspetto safety delle operazioni.
