Job Summary
Are you a FULLY Certified FORD Journeyman Technician
(MUST HAVE ALL FORD CERTIFICATIONS and BE CURRENT).
Are you efficient and can turn 50 Hours per week
Hourly plus Efficiency Bonus levels can be up to $50 an hour!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Accurately perform all repairs and maintenance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with group leader and advisor
- Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment
- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with precision and accuracy
- Perform high-quality work and uphold high standards of workmanship
- Complete work as assigned in a timely manner
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Follow Manufacturer guidelines and rules.
- Perform Quality Work
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- FULLY CERTIFIED FORD MASTER TECHNICIAN
- At least 5years OEM dealership experience is required.
- Missouri State and Emission Inspector licenses Required
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Positive can-do attitude
- Valid drivers license - Must be clean
- Must be able to pass drug tests (Initial and random)
- Must be able to clear background check - no criminal history
- Working knowledge of diagnostic systems methods testing equipment and tools
- Full set of tools (we provide all specialty equipment)
