Job Summary
Job Description:
- Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit customer invoices accurately and timely.
- Verify billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute statements to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
- Assist in the collection of past due accounts.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desired Experience:
- 1 year of experience in billing or financial role.
- Experience with specialty glass industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of billing practices and procedures.
- Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $54000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $104000 per year
