We are seeking an Eyelash Specialist to join our team at Deka Lash this role you will be responsible for applying eyelash extensions ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service and expertise in beauty techniques and more. Responsibilities include:

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care to enhance client appearance.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash application.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
Educate clients on aftercare for their eyelash extensions.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role in the beauty industry.
Strong understanding of color theory and aesthetic principles.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
Ability to maintain sanitation standards in a beauty setting.

Compensation: $14.00 - $35.00 per hour
