About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for reviewing processing monitoring and closing out customer requests for site works while managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. If youre organised detail-oriented and have a knack for customer service this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Third Party Works issue job packs and manage related contract documentation and registers
- Maintain and update systems and reports (SAP essential; PowerBI advantageous) including accurate data entry and timesheet processing
- Create and manage work orders monitor job progress and close out completed works
- Review and prioritise inquiries managing an Outlook inbox and collaborating across departments to support workflow
- Handle procurement tasks including materials purchase orders and goods receipting
- Support project tracking (budgets approvals change management) and contribute to data analysis and reporting
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and the ability to learn and manage multiple IT systems effectively. They should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to re-prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication paired with advanced problemsolving skills
- Demonstrated reliability honesty and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word Excel Outlook Adobe)
- SAP experience essential; PowerBI skills desirable
