Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Modular Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and delivery of modular construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management with expertise in modular construction methods and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation for modular construction projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure module designs meet project requirements and are optimized for fabrication and assembly.
- Manage relationships with module manufacturers suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of modules to site.
- Oversee site preparation module delivery and assembly ensuring that modules are installed correctly and safely.
- Ensure that modules meet quality standards and defects are identified and addressed promptly.
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients architects engineers and contractors to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with modular construction projects including logistics transportation and assembly.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Building Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on modular construction.
- Proven ability to manage complex construction projects including planning execution and delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and defects.
