Our Apprenticeship Programme
As an apprentice at Ceres youll gain handson experience through paid workbased training with rotations across different areas of the business. Youll learn practical skills from a knowledgeable and experienced teams who are keen to support your development.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
One day per week will be spent studying at Crawley College West Sussex
The programme lasts 42 months
By the end of the apprenticeship youll have a strong understanding of manufacturing engineering concepts and well prepared for a longterm career in the industry.
Who can apply
To apply youll need to:
Meet one of the following criteria:
Two Alevels including Maths and one technical subject
A Level 3 Diploma in Engineering (minimum merit)
Relevant workbased knowledge and competency
Shortlisted applicants should expect to be invited to take part in an assessment day towards the end of June 2026.
