Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale high-profile mega events. This role requires full ownership of the project lifecycle strong leadership and the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the project end-to-end from planning to final delivery
Build and manage detailed project plans timelines and milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations marketing production logistics vendors)
Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across all parties
Identify risks resolve issues and manage last-minute changes effectively
Control budgets track costs and ensure financial efficiency
Provide clear progress updates and executive-level reporting
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with objectives and expectations
Maintain strong on-ground presence during critical phases of execution
Requirements
710 years of experience in managing large-scale or complex projects
Proven experience in mega events large activations or time-critical projects
Strong leadership decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder and team management capabilities
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
