Job description:
With a view to strengthening our Quality team we are looking for 1 Laboratory Technician for our headquarters in Agrate Brianza (MB).
Reporting directly to the Laboratory Coordinator the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Key Responsibilities:
Microbiological analysis of raw materials semi-finished products and finished products: traditional plate analysis real-time PCR commercial stability analysis;
Preparation of culture media;
Chemical-physical analysis: pH aw nutritional analysis use of HPLC spectrophotometer;
Drafting of procedures and other documentation to support Quality.
Requirements:
Degree in Food Science and Technology Biology or similar;
Knowledge of the basic principles of microbiology;
Previous experience even brief in a microbiological laboratory;
Experience in performing microbiological analyses;
Knowledge of the Office suite;
Knowledge of SAP is welcome;
Good knowledge of English (B1 or higher).
