Job Summary

Creative Dock is looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial data. You will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations helping us maintain accurate financial records assist in financial reporting and ensure full compliance with financial regulations.

Key responsabilities

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including transactions and accounts.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports for review by management or external parties.
Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of accounts.
Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting systems and software.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses to ensure budget adherence.
Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Vendor and Client Communication: Interact with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
Financial Software: Utilize accounting software for data entry and financial recordkeeping.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
Knowledge of Czech accounting standards.
Financial accounting Tax basics Financial software
Attention to detail time-management communication
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and Czech (B2 level)
