Experience Required: Solid business administration and resource planning experience
Product / Team Context: Supports the Main Department with operational activities offer management finance administration and inter-department collaboration within the Business Enabling Center of Excellence (CoE).
Qualifications & Experience:

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
-
Solid business administration skills across offers resource planning finance and time administration.
Essential Skills:
-
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint and MS Teams.

Strong experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking documentation and collaboration.
-
Solid business administration skills across offers resource planning finance and time administration.
-
Proven finance management knowledge.
Advantageous Skills:

Experience in an Agile Working Model (AWM) environment.
-
Strong interpersonal skills for inter-departmental collaboration.
-
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Portal assistance through offer management process.

Operational support including time administration daily activities.
-
Purchase orders preparation (identifying requirements and gathering documentation).

Maintenance of Main Dept Confluence pages and flexible resources Task Lists.

Actively engage and participate in the Business Enabling CoE.

Stand-in as and when required for Business Enabling Specialists in other Main Depts.
