Job Summary

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Skilled Nursing Facility Monterey County CA We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel PT for a large dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County CA. The PT will evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility strength and overall functional independence. Requirements: Active CA PT License SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for 0-1 Years Experience) Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills Flexible and Collaborative Mindset Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Schedule Position may require floatation to sister facility within walking distance Duties: Evaluate and Treat SNF Patients Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Care Team Complete Documentation in Net Health per Facility Standards

Shift: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday or Monday - Friday
