Position: Marketing Coordinator
Department: Mall Management
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Job Purpose
Support mall branding and marketing activities by coordinating agencies suppliers and tenants to ensure timely high-quality brand presentation signage and marketing executions across the mall.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for branding signage and marketing materials.
Coordinate with creative agencies suppliers media partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Manage retailer branding requests in coordination with Tenant Relations.
Ensure brand guidelines messaging placement timelines and HSE standards are followed.
Conduct daily checks on mall branding activations and signage; report and resolve issues.
Coordinate tenant hoardings banners pods and in-mall media tools.
Maintain records of branding assets and photography archive.
Support events and promotions team to ensure brand compliance during activations.
Manage work permits related to branding and marketing activities in coordination with Operations.
Track expenses control budgets and support cost efficiencies while maintaining quality.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination preferably in malls or retail environments.
Experience in branding signage or agency coordination preferred.
Fluent in English.
Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good understanding of branding and visual standards
Proactive reliable and detail-oriented
Able to work with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
