Job Summary

Overview

As the Service Electrician you will perform different types of support at the customers location such as troubleshooting setup and installation of systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot diagnose and repair units while in the field.
Maintain records of service calls training and expenses.
Provide on-call emergency service as required and maintain communication with the department manager while in the field.
Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations and provide general customer service on the phone and in person.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Three to five years of commercial electrical experience
Valid drivers license
Ability to multitask while staying organized
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Positive customer service skills
