Overview
Assisting Hands Home Care South Jacksonville is hiring caregivers who have experience supporting clients with cognitive challenges such as dementia or memory loss.

We are looking for dependable caregivers who show up follow through and treat clients with kindness patience and respect.

Responsibilities

Provide calm structured care that encourages dignity comfort and safety
Offer conversation companionship and reassurance
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and toileting when needed
Help with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
Encourage routines that help clients feel comfortable and secure
Document care provided and communicate updates with the office

Requirements

Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification required
Current CPR certification
Strong work ethic reliability and compassionate communication
Valid driver license reliable vehicle and auto insurance

Work Location
Care is provided in person in client homes throughout Clay County and surrounding areas

Compensation: $17.00 base per hour can be more depending on client care level
