Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring CNA and HHA caregivers to support clients in their homes throughout Duval and St. Johns Counties.

What Youll Do

You will help clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes by providing:

Help with daily activities (bathing dressing grooming)
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Transportation to appointments or errands
Companionship and conversation

Each client is different and we match caregivers based on skills experience and preferences whenever possible.

Position Requirements

Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate
Successful completion of a Level II Background Check
Certified in classroom CPR
Up-to-date training in HIV/AIDS Alzheimers care and medication administration support
Dependable transportation for client visits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and compassionate care
Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client providing thoughtful care and companionship
Preference for candidates comfortable with pets to accommodate diverse home settings

Work Life

Morning afternoon evening and overnight shifts
Part-time and full-time availability
Minimum 4-hour shifts with longer shifts available
