The Team: You will operate within a Tier-1 medical department directed by a Lead British Doctor. Supported by a resident physiotherapy team and a collaborative Western-trained nursing squad you will ensure seamless continuity of care at sea.
The Safety: We are committed to sustainable excellence. A strict double-nurse shift rotation (12/12) is in place to guarantee comprehensive 24/7 patient oversight while ensuring you have ample rest and downtime to recharge.
The Process: Discreet and efficient. All initial interviews are conducted remotely via a secure online platform.

Education: Western Accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Critical Care or Acute settings (ICU/ER/A&E).
Language: Native or C1 Certified English fluency.
