How youll make an impact
- Lead a team of project engineering managers within a portfolio of HVDC megaprojects together with other portfolio leaders in the EPC disciplines from start to finish.
- Guide teams through design construction and commissioning tasks.
- Ensure design work is complete and includes all disciplines.
- Coordinate engineering progress with partners and suppliers.
- Support construction and commissioning teams with technical input.
- Manage project risks and create mitigation plans.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee contract work and support claim assessments.
- Track project cost schedule and quality metrics.
- Drive improvements in tools methods and project performance.
Your background
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- Fifteen years of experience leading large engineering projects.
- Strong expertise in a core engineering discipline.
- Experience in construction and commissioning projects.
- Skilled in project leadership and team development.
- Proven ability to manage contracts and suppliers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
