Job Summary:Edu-Aids is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Pasco WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate and communicate effectively with parents teachers and staff.
- Foster a safe positive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of all student and client information.
- Provide direct behavioral support in both one-on-one and small group settings.
- Implement monitor and document student behavior intervention plans.
- Support individualized treatment goals under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license for the state of Washington (required).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an RBT (preferred).
- Must pass a criminal background and abuse registry check.
