Full-Time Flex Caregiver 7am7pm MondayFriday $18/hr Mileage On-Call Bonus

What You Bring

Active CNA license in Pennsylvania or 4 years of caregiving experience (home care or facility)
Supervisory or training experience preferred
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Full Time availability
Willingness to work with any client within Montgomery County
Full-time availability between MondayFriday 7am7pm (schedule will vary based on client needs)

What Youll Do

Provide personal care companionship and support for seniors and adults with varying needs
Step into open shifts to ensure consistent client coverage
Support new client starts and represent the agency with professionalism
Train and mentor caregivers in the field to maintain quality standards
Observe and report client condition changes to the office team
Collaborate with the recruiting and care coordination teams to strengthen client and caregiver relationships
Maintain documentation care logs and ADLs in AxisCare
Serve on-call one week per month (after probationary period) for urgent client needs

What We Offer

$18/hour base pay
$27/hr for overtime (after 40 hours a week)
$350 bonus after successful probationary period ($50 after first 80 hours $300 after first 90 days)
$100 on-call bonus each month
