About the Role:
Join Assisting Hands of Chester County South as a Marketing Manager where youll play a pivotal role in driving our brands visibility and outreach. We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker to elevate our marketing efforts and connect with our community in Kennett Square PA and Chester County surrounding areas. Job is remote requiring one day in office per week.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to foster partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and digital marketing assets.
  • Organize community outreach events to promote services and engage with clients.
  • Maintain the company website and optimize for SEO to improve online presence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing or communications preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and social media management tools.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $60000.00 - $100000.00 per year

According to the companys Vice President Gail Stout Assisting Hands Home Care believes that the caregivers are the face of the company. We look for the three most important qualities in our caregivers which is professionalism empathy and strong communication skills. Additionally the agencies do a comprehensive background screening training and verification of skill competency. Each AHHC agency has a robust pool of caregivers but we are always looking to hire additional caregivers that meet our guidelines and criteria for caring for our clients Gail said.
