- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
As a Staff Consultant you will be part of our Shared Resource Team (SRT). We cultivate the professional development of our team members while inspiring a culture of collaboration inclusiveness community development and commitment to NetSuites future.
You will work directly with customers who acquire the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering a subscription-based managed services model. You will be responsible for helping these customers leverage the NetSuite ERP to operate their business by understanding their business processes and providing hands-on functional optimizations.
The Staff Consultant will meet with customers on a regular basis to discuss business and system challenges they may be facing to understand their definition of success with NetSuite and to offer proactive advice on how to enhance the use of their NetSuite account. The Staff Consultant will also work closely with other internal teams such as Technical Consulting and Account Management.
