Position Summary
The Level I Senior Technician role is the entry senior technician role. This position is responsible for independently completing standard HVAC service work basic to moderate diagnostics and delivering consistent quality and professionalism.

- Diagnose and repair common residential HVAC issues.
- Complete service calls independently with limited supervision.
- Escalate advanced diagnostics appropriately.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication.
- Follow all safety and company procedures.

Qualifications
- 2- 3 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification (Required
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair common residential HVAC issues

- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
