Barista

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a passionate and service-driven Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality beverages while creating memorable guest experiences in line with Sofitels luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee tea and specialty beverages to brand standards

• Provide friendly professional and personalized service to all guests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment

• Ensure consistent product quality presentation and hygiene standards

• Handle guest inquiries and requests with confidence and care

• Follow all health safety and HACCP guidelines

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury environment

• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
