• Staffing Coordinator
  
  

1. Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment
   
   
   • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning bathrooms living areas and bedrooms.
     
     
   • Assist with washing dishes doing laundry and other cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic living space.
     
     
   • Ensure the environment is comfortable organized and conducive to the clients well-being.
     
     
2. Provide Personal Care & Assistance
   
   
   • Aid clients with daily personal care tasks including hygiene grooming dressing shaving and transferring.
     
     
   • Support mobility and assist with exercise routines as outlined in the Plan of Care.
     
     
   • Assist with eating and other activities of daily living as needed.
     
     
3. Nutritional Support
   
   
   • Help with meal preparation serving and feeding to ensure clients receive nutritious meals.
     
     
   • Assist with meal planning and ensure dietary needs are met in accordance with the clients health plan.
     
     
4. Monitor Client Health & Well-Being
   
   
   • Observe and report any changes in the clients physical or emotional condition to the Staffing Coordinator.
     
     
   • Maintain accurate records of personal care activities including vital signs fluid intake/output and other health metrics.
     
     
   • Track and document any notable behavioral changes in clients.
     
     
5. Support Mobility & Physical Activities
   
   
   • Assist with the safe use of mobility aids (e.g. wheelchairs walkers hoyer lifts).
     
     
   • Encourage and assist with prescribed physical exercises such as range-of-motion activities.
     
     
   • Teach and support family members with basic care routines and safety measures.
     
     
6. Medication Assistance
   
   
   • Assist clients with self-administered medications including:
     
     
     • Retrieving reading labels and helping clients take medications as prescribed.
       
       
     • Supporting clients with swallowing medications as needed and ensuring proper administration.
       
       
     • Recording medication assistance and ensuring medications are stored properly.
       
       
     • Facilitating medication intake with water or other necessary items.
       
       
7. Infection Control & Compliance
   
   
   • Follow infection control protocols including proper hand hygiene in accordance with CDC guidelines.
     
     
   • Adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the Caregiver Handbook Policy and Procedure Manual and Caregiver Training Manual.
     
     

• Hours vary based on client needs and assignments. Flexible shifts are available 24/7 depending on your availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee a fixed number of hours.
