We are hiring a Multi-Channel Quality Expert Reviewer (Portuguese Speaker) to join one of our global clients operations teams in Dublin City Centre. This is a fully office-based role supporting high-impact content quality and risk review workflows for a major international platform.

Role Overview

You will support the quality review of complex workflows managed by our clients Global Operations / Global Risk Operations teams including:

Content Moderation Quality Review covering areas such as:
- Violence and credible threats
- Self-harm
- Fraud theft impersonation and privacy violations
- Hate speech and bullying
- Phishing spam malware
- Child exploitation
- Nudity pornography and sexual solicitation
ID Review and authenticity/access flows
Escalations and special risk cases
Review of viral/meme content (HERO) and Dangerous Organizations (DOI)
Applying nuanced policy decisions with strong cultural and regional awareness for the supported market

What Were Looking For

Fluent Portuguese (written & spoken)
Minimum 6 months of Content Moderation experience (required)
Strong critical thinking emotional intelligence and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced quality-driven environment
Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
Team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset

Schedule & Training

Fully flexible shifts between MonSun 08:0019:00
4 weeks of on-site training in Dublin
No holiday requests allowed during the first 8 weeks (training period)
