Your Responsibilities:

Personal Care Bathing/Grooming
Medication Reminders
Meal Prep Light Housekeeping Transferring Assistance
Ambulation
Safety and Fall Protection
Companionship
Transportation
Reporting changes in condition

REQUIRED Qualifications:

CNA licensed in Florida or Certified HHA
Valid CPR certification with BLS (BASIC LIFE SUPPORT)
Level 2 Background Screen eligible
Certificates: Alzheimers/Dementia HIV and Assistance with Self Administration of Medication 2 hours each)
Additional Certificate: Department of Elder Affair ADRD
Proven home care experience
Excellent communication skills
Reliable Transportation
Ability to use electronic devices independently

This position requires successful completion of Level II background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Screening information is available from the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) at: .

Compensation: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
