Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project timelines for all KOL campaigns.
- Define milestones deliverables and resource allocation across the KOL team.
- Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal execution plans.
- Coordinate tasks between KOL Managers Content Strategists and Sourcing Specialists.
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays.
- Maintain clear communication channels across teams and stakeholders.
- Track all deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to the KOL Director.
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business or related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management preferably in influencer marketing or digital campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello ).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
