Your role:
Were in business to save our home planet. This role serves as a community and culture catalyst. It ensures our employees are not only informed about company strategy priorities and updates but are also actively engaged around what we do and what we care about in sports product environmental activism people and justice and belonging creating connections through stories and experiences between whats happening day to day in our responsible business and our broader purpose to save our home planet.
This role owns the EMEA internal communication and engagement agenda and plays a leading role in shaping how our culture priorities and changes are experienced by employees across the region.
Main tasks:
Internal communication agenda & channels: develop and own the EMEA internal communications roadmap and multi-channel approach (town halls newsletters lunch talks intranet etc.) in line with global Internal Communications direction. Set priorities sequencing and cadence for internal communications across EMEA with clear decision-making authority on what when and how we communicate. Own and evolve internal communication channels optimizing frequency and format to foster connection dialogue and clarity for employees across all functions and locations in EMEA.
Content narrative & messaging: in partnership with the EMEA Leadership Team EMEA functional teams and global Internal Comms curate and shape a clear cohesive EMEA narrative around strategic priorities annual goals business and impact updates product sport communities environmental activism our people and justice and belonging. Ensure consistent human and accessible messaging that helps employees understand how their work connects to company goals and impact and simplifies complexity rather than adding to it. Actively apply a justice and belonging lens to messaging tone of voice and storytelling.
Leadership communication & advisory: partner closely with the General Manager ELT and global Internal Comms teams to craft internal messaging talking points presentations FAQs and narratives for key business organizational and cultural moments. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders helping them communicate with empathy clarity and credibilityespecially in moments of change or uncertainty.
Culture activation engagement & storytelling: develop and own the EMEA internal engagement roadmap. Design and deliver immersive experiences events and storytelling moments that bring our culture values product sports environmental activism and justice and belonging commitments to life. Create meaningful opportunities for two-way dialogue listening and feedback about internal comms and engagement and ensure insights are reflected back
Change & transformation communication: partner with the ELT People Culture Justice team and global Internal Comms to lead strategic approach to communication for major initiatives transformations and organizational change. Go beyond message delivery to support how change is experiencedbuilding trust reducing uncertainty and helping employees and leaders make sense of whats changing and why.
Team leadership: Lead coach and develop one direct report through clear goal setting feedback and ongoing coaching. Create focus and clarity balancing strategic work with thoughtful execution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of cross-cultural sensitivity and experience working across diverse European cultures

Strong facilitation and collaboration skills bringing stakeholders to alignment

This is a Full-time position based in Amsterdam
We have a hybrid work model working from home for maximum 3 days per week
