Job Summary
Are you hands-on mechanically skilled and ready to work with well-maintained modern equipment in a fast-paced quarry environment Rush County Stone is hiring a dependable and self-motivated Aggregate Maintenance/Operator to keep our aggregate production plant running smoothly and safely.
This role combines equipment operation with essential maintenance tasks offering a blend of routine and challengeideal for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.

Aggregate Maintenance/Operator Responsibilities:
- Safely operate front-end loaders
- Feed raw materials into the aggregate pant
- conduct start-up and shut down procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on crushing and screening equipment
- Troubleshoot and replace screens bearings and conveyor systems
- Perform daily safety and preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain clean and hazard- free work areas
Aggregate Maintenance/Operators Desired Skills:
- Mechanically Inclined
- Experience (or willingness to learn) with loaders and aggregate equipment
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Climb ladders/stairs up to 24 feet
- Work in varied weather
Requirements
Valid drivers license
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work overtime weekends and night shifts as needed
