Location: Warehouse - Columbus MT

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

This position will ensure that all materials are correctly received located stocked issued and controlled. Will be responsible for controlling all inventories receiving freight and resolving any overages shortages or damaged shipments with vendors. This position will issue stock items to authorized personnel and will be required to operate a variety of equipment including forklifts Semi Tractor Trailer hand trucks and carts. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time at the discretion of the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - Required:

Strong background and experience in warehousing and materials management.
Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in forklift operation.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to accurately enter information into the JDE database.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Basic mathematical skills including addition subtraction multiplication percentages interest areas and volume.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems including physical and database locating system.
Will be working outside in all weather conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - Preferred:

Class A CDL with HAZMAT Endorsement.
Mountain dirt road driving experience in all weather.
Three or more years of warehousing and materials management experience.
Prior JDE database experience.
Strong knowledge of row bin location systems.
Advanced computer skills including Excel and MS Work use and application.
