Production Supervisor -
We are looking for a Production Supervisor for JBS/Memphis Tn. Plant.
This position will be responsible forsupervision of all aspects of assignedproductionmeat line(s). Take directions from theProductionManager onscheduling line preparation and meatproductionexecution. Directsupervisorfor assignedproductionemployees. Managesproductionfor day-to-day control of assigned department activities according to prescribedschedules of prioritiesproductionflow and processingspecifications to ensureproductionefficiencies are met. Evaluates assigned work performance and takes corrective action. Leads coaches and trains assigned personnel to workstandards and ensuredsaidstandards are being followed constantly.
ESSENTIALJOBDUTIES:
- Effectively manages assigned personnel ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitors andsupervise all aspects of assignedproductionline(s).
- Assumes responsibility forproductionquality and continuous improvement.
- Assumes responsibility forproduction-related communication flow and coordination between line workers.
- Ensure that all administration tasks are completed timely and accurately.
- Compliance
- Meat Manufacturing experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standing walking bending liftingstooping crouching kneeling intermittently.
- Must be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
- Must be able to frequently and regularly use wrists hands and or fingers.
- Average ordinary visual acuity is necessary to prepare or inspect documents products or operate machinery.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the day.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to work for long hours in a no-kill food processing environment where it is wet damp and cold. Temperatures are frequently below freezing and employees are expected to remain in these conditions for most of their workdays.

Basesalary range of ($60k - $81k)
