Job Summary

With 4-6 years of hands-on experience Business System Analyst and some QA experience leveraging the following skills.

Extensive experience performing in depth analysis of Features and author detailed User stories.
In depth experience in writing detailed and accurate Features and User stories
Identify assess and document business requirements recommending business priorities and advising business on options risks and costs versus benefits of various solutions.
Compile all elicitation results and analyze requirements to help determine the best solution.
Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business and if not whether new solutions are feasible.
Facilitate the solution design with the architecture & development team.
Contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews.
Validate that the solution design meets business and functional requirements.
Help analyze impact of proposed solution on existing technology platforms.
Extensive experience performing hands-on testing (both scripts based and exploratory)
Experience in testing Microsoft platform upgrade platform compatibility testing
Experience with SQL and data retrieval from a relational database is a plus.
Support end users and support desk personnel on advanced product and usage issues
Develop training material and facilitate in learning sessions.
Ability to understand Test Automation frameworks.
Should be self-motivated and Ready to take ownership of the assigned work.
Documenting and tracking defects to closure
Strong working knowledge of ADO
Being a team player that can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment.
Very good understanding of various SDLC process including agile development.
Quick learners and excellent analytical skills
Very good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams and with internal teams.
