Role Definition:

The Demand Plan & Orders Analyst in Campo Largo holds a crucial role as the primary contact for S&OP topics. This position is responsible for managing the production plan for all product families produced in the facility. The Analyst leads the preparation and delivery of strategic proposals for Leadership based on in-depth analysis of demand order trends inventory levels sales and facility capacity. Their role consistently aligns production and supply plans with dealer needs.

What will you do:

- Supervising and controlling new sales orders identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.

- Auditing order change requests from dealers evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material production plan technical and logistics perspective.

- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time planned timeline order change order reschedules etc.

- Managing and communicating ready to ship dates.

Skills:

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools techniques and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion goal or judgment.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Planning and Organizing: Knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.

Basic requirements:

- Bachelors degree

- Pre Advanced English

Top candidates will also have:

- Experience (4 years or more) in S&OP and Material Planning Processes

- Advanced English

- Analysis skill and familiar with Digital tools (Such as PowerBI Power Automate Power Apps VBA etc.)

Additional Information:

Travel: less than 10%

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
