Are you the Regional Admissions and Eligibility Specialist we have been looking for The Regional Admissions Team of the Community Based Division is a department of professionals who provides care to ensure that families and their children with significant behavioral emotional and mental health needs obtain the services necessary for success in the home school and community.
In this fully remote position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by supporting this mission. Our staff provide services in the communities where the people we serve live utilizing strength-based and needs-driven choices offering a team-based approach collaboration with the people we work with that is grounded in individualized services and the use of evidence-based practices.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $50000 to $57000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
JRI provides the training so that:
- YOU will be able to complete a wide range of administrative and support tasks.
- YOU will be able to utilize and perform data entry in billing software systems.
- YOU will be able to perform third party insurance verification and insurance authorization renewals.

Requirements:
- The qualified candidate will have at least five years of experience in health insurance reimbursement insurance verification and human services admission process as it pertain to behavioral health and outpatient treatment services.
- Must understand the complexities of the insurance reimbursement workflow and related processes pertaining to Mass Health Plans Commercial Plans and Medicare plans.
- Candidate must be comfortable communicating in person and on the phone with verifying insurance benefits informing patients so they understand their benefits managing prior authorizations and updating on pertinent information in an online medical records system.
- Massachusetts residency required.
- Applicant must have an active drivers license and ability to be at work on time with some potential travel to corporate sites on an annual or quarterly basis required.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
