Qualifications

California Home Care Aide
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior caregiving or related experience preferred
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Compassionate patient and empathetic attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities including bathing grooming dressing and mobility
Provide medication reminders as prescribed
Help with meal preparation and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
Offer companionship and social support including accompanying clients to appointments
Monitor clients condition report changes and document care provided
