TheSr. Infrastructure Engineerwillapply strong foundational and practical infrastructure knowledgeto support and enhance our technology platforms contributing to the seamless operation of business-critical systems.
HowYoullSpend Your Time
Provide escalation level support and guidance for complex infrastructure issuesandmaintainsystem uptime for immediate teams
Support the migration of on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments contributing technicalexpertiseand hands-on implementation throughout the transition
Craft clear accessible technical messages for end users and stakeholders to ensure understanding of system updates or resolutions
Participate inmaintainingoperational environments that contribute to ongoing businesscontinuity
Support the identification of system improvements byrecognizingnewtechnologyapplications and sharing findings with colleagues
What Kind of ThingsWereMost Interested in You Having
Strong foundational experience in enterprise IT infrastructure including cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) Windows Server environments identity and access management and networking fundamentals
In-depth knowledge on howto resolve technical issues andmaintainoperational continuity for business-critical infrastructure
Ability to commute toToronto ON as needed
Sincere interest inparticipatingin large-scale global projects such as migrations and integrations
A knack for workingboth collaboratively and autonomouslywithinahighly regulated fast-paced environment
