The Boeing CompanyBoeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Senior F-15 Experimental Test Pilot to join their team to support the Chief Pilot and F-15 programs in Berkeley MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Experimental Test Pilot and Subject Matter Expert for the Advanced F-15 platform
Develops and coordinates flight test activities and requirements experimental test plans procedures and techniques to achieve platform objectives
Evaluates data and provides recommendations regarding techniques systems operations and design improvements based on operational considerations
Prepares flight test reports on aircraft engineering and both experimental and operational problems and deficiencies
Writes technical reports and flight reports to provide input for developing and modifying flight manuals and related documents
Collaborates on marketing evaluation and demonstration activities for customers; conducts familiarization demonstration and training flights
Assures flight activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies and procedures
Works with government representatives and aircraft operational customers to resolve issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
3 years of experience as a Fighter Test Pilot
5 years of experience in military tactical aviation
Commercial Pilot Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements
Current FAA Class II medical certificate or must have the ability to obtain one
Ability to pass the U.S. Navy and/or U.S. Air Force water survival and physiology training
Graduate from an internationally recognized Test Pilot School long Course (e.g. USAF TPS USN TPS NTPS etc)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience as a Fighter Test Pilot
1000 hours in the F-15
FLTS DO or CC experience or equivalent.
Current and qualified as an Instructor in the F-15C/E F-15SA F-15QA or F-15EX
