Position: Retail Sales Associate Seasonal Full-Time Non-Exempt
Location: Kihei Maui or Maalaea Maui
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr commission

Role Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate you will provide exceptional customer service assist with sales and handle transactions. You will be a key part of our retail team ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to customers
- Drive sales and achieve sales goals
- Manage transactions and handle purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months of retail experience
- Reliable confident and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
Requirements:
- Ability to work well with others
- Adapt to a flexible schedule including mornings nights weekends and holidays
- Capable of standing for long periods and safely lifting up to 35lbs
- Must currently reside on Maui
- Must be 18 years old
