About the Role

CAST is hiring a senior high-impact sales leader to build and scale our Strategic ISV business across North America.

This is a hands-on quota-carrying executive rolefor someone who thrives on creating new growth opening doors at the highest levels and turning strategic relationships into material revenue.

You will own the ISV segment end-to-end: sourcing driving closing and expanding large strategic accounts. Youll engage directly with CXOs while orchestrating CASTs ecosystem of cloud providers GSIs and advisory partners to deliver enterprise-scale outcomes.

This role reports to the President & Managing Director of North America and comes with significant executive visibility and influence across CAST globally with a clear path toward broader leadership responsibilities.

Compensation: Competitive executive package including base salary variable compensation bonuses (OTE $400K) and possible equity participation.

What Youll Do

You will be accountable for rapidly growing CASTs footprint with North Americaheadquartered ISVs by:

  • Owning revenue generation and account strategy for strategic ISV customers from initial engagement through long-term expansion.
  • Selling CASTs software intelligence platform to accelerate SDLC performance modernization programs and AI-driven efficiencies.
  • Building trusted executive relationships with C-suite C-1 and VP-level leaders including CTOs CIOs Chief Product Officers and Heads of Engineering.
  • Creating and executing strategic account plans that drive recurring software and services revenue.
  • Partnering closely with Cloud Service Providers Global Systems Integrators and advisory firms to develop joint opportunities and influence large transformation initiatives.
  • Acting as a senior representative of CAST within the ISV ecosystemestablishing credibility opening new markets and positioning CAST as a strategic platform partner.
  • Driving deals from concept to close while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and long-term value creation.

Who You Are

You combine executive presence with a builder mentality and a strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals:

  • Proven success selling Software / SaaS / Technology solutions in senior enterprise roles with a consultative B2B approach.
  • Deep understanding of application development SDLC cloud modernization and application modernization.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 consulting firms Big 4 GSIs CSPs and specialized advisory/integration partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into strategic IT and application initiatives at the C-level.
  • Well-established network within the North American ISV market.
  • Strong executive communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly driven self-directed and results-orientedsomeone who makes things happen.
  • Comfortable operating independently while influencing across product partners and leadership.
