The role drives the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of these systems to enhance efficiency compliance and innovation across Medical Affairs worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead governance implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs systems
  • Drive Medical Affairs system enhancements by translating business needs into digital system requirements and guiding Technology teams on prioritization
  • Contribute to the Medical Affairs digital strategy by defining requirements and partnering with Technology to support implementation
  • Develop reporting dashboards and analytics to enable global oversight and meet Medical Affairs business requirements
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs process owners to ensure Medical Affairs processes are accurately reflected and consistently supported the Medical Affairs systems
  • Ensure Medical Affairs systems comply with regulatory requirements in partnership with Technology for Health Authority inspection readiness and manage remediations
  • Lead issue triage escalation risk assessment and crossfunctional alignment with Patient Safety Quality Legal Compliance and Technology and other functions as needed
  • KPI: Medical Affairs systems operate reliably with automated data transfer to Patient Safety and Quality systems

What youll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD in life sciences healthcare or equivalent field
  • 610 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Affairs preferably within Medical Information External Funding requests Scientific Publications and Medical/Legal/Regulatory review.
  • Strong strategic analytical communication and presentation skills with demonstrated digital innovation in Medical Affairs
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable digital platforms or systems preferably with handson user acceptance testing
  • Experience developing and delivering training to global audiences
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects within a matrix environment and balancing competing priorities.
  • Fluent English

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience working in global or crossregional/country environments
  • Experience with Health Authority inspections and CAPA management
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing
