Family Practitioner

Were looking for a motivated and commercially minded Family Lawyer to join our well-established and respected Family Law team at HHG Legal Group.

The Role

• Youll manage a varied and engaging family law practice including:
• Divorce and separation matters
• Property settlements and financial disputes
• Parenting arrangements and childrens matters
• Spousal maintenance and enforcement proceedings
• Binding financial agreements and superannuation splits
• Child support and maintenance matters
• Mediation negotiations and other non-court dispute resolution processes

Youll work closely with clients through some of the most important moments in their lives delivering practical strategic and empathetic advice.

About You

Youre a Family Lawyer with 4 years PAE who is confident capable and keen to keep growing.

Youll bring:

• Solid experience across parenting and property matters
• Exposure to complex family law issues (relocation parentage adoption high-conflict matters etc.)
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• A client-centric mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work within a team
• An interest in business development profile-building and networking
• A genuine desire to improve learn and progress your career
