Initially you will join our Regulatory Reporting team based in London.
Regulatory Reporting
- Preparation ofdata analysis ofcapital credit & liquidity risks as well as financial informationwhich we report to the UK financial regulator.
- Continuous improvement of existing processesandparticipatein the research andimplementationofnew business regulatory and system changes.
- Documentation of and maintenance ofaccurateand detailed desktop procedures.
- Automation of the existing regulatory reporting system (WIRES) to deliver an automated will involve significant work to develop underlying data accuracy and delivery.
- Develop regulatory a strong understanding of the regulations around the Castle Trust product set toestablishthe team as a centre of excellence within the business for all questions related to the regulations and reporting.
Over time you will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to core areas of the Finance function within the Bank. After 12-18 months you will have the opportunity torotate througha number ofkey teamsgaining invaluable hands-on experience and developing a robust skill set that will serve as the foundation for a successful career in Finance.

This role will be basedinLondonwith some travel to ourBasingstoke offices so there must be a willingness to work from both office locations. There will be support for travel expenses for any travel away from contractual office location.
What we are looking for in you
To be considered for this programmeyou must meet theminimumrequirements outlined below:
- Educational Background:A recent graduate(ideallywith a degree in Finance Accounting Economics RiskManagementor a related field but other subjects considered). 2:1 classification and aboveas a minimum.
- Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyse financial data andidentifytrends.
- Attention to Detail:Meticulous and thorough in reviewing financial documents and reports.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Technical Proficiency:Proficiencyin Microsoft Office particularly Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
- Problem-Solving:Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across different departments.
- Time Management:Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Adaptability:Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
