Job Summary
As a key member of the communications team you will partner with marketing on the execution of email and lifecycle marketing programs that engage carriers throughout their lifecycle. This person has a high bar for the customer experience and executes highly polished campaigns. This role will support with program execution and will partner closely with all stakeholders to optimize performance. You will have an opportunity to build new programs and tests aimed at improving conversion and engagement rates.

The position is able to based out of one of the following corporate locations: Nashville Seattle (Bellevue) Phoenix or Atlanta.
Key job responsibilities
- Work with internal marketing teams and other marketing stakeholders to execute email marketing campaigns.
- Own the technical execution of email programs including building emails and assets in Marketo testing launch reporting and maintenance.
- Manage time sensitive email execution with a high bar on copy writing and clarity of communication.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation and work cross-functionally on implementation.
- Work with cross-functional teams within the organization (e.g. marketers product managers stakeholder teams).

- Work a variety of hours as business demands including overnight weekends and holidays
- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Excellent command over written English.
- Communicating to external customers is preferred where brand reputation is at stake.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
