What Youll Be Doing
- Coordinate container movements to ensure containers are staged and shipped in safe compliant manner.
- Communicate with various departments to ensure timely resolution for all container issues.
- Monitor schedules and proactively address delays or service issues.
- Maintain documentation and tracking records for all container activities.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize container flow and efficiency.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear professional communication skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using logistics systems tracking tools and basic computer applications.
- Commitment to safety accuracy and operational efficiency.
Work Environment
This role works in a fast-paced operational setting that requires regular communication with transportation partners vendors and site personnel. The position may involve time spent both in an office environment and within operational areas where personal protective equipment may be required.
